iCleaner - Clean all of the backstreet processes your device has compiled over use in a couple of simple touches on your screen. This will speed up your device as well as save memory. More info can be found here.
LSBrightSlider - LSBrightSlider offers up a very nice way of adjusting the brightness on your iDevice. When you double tapthe home button on your lockscreen, you’ll be presented with an extra slider below your volume slider. This slider will adjust your brightness, and as it’s effectively implemented - this tweak has some really snazziness. More info can be found here.
